lawn mower/grass trimmer available for use

We have a lawn mower and grass trimmer available for use. You can see Rachelle in unit 4 for the shed key. You must sign a waiver each year to use the equipment.

Please advise Rachelle if the lawn mower needs gas, or we need gas cans filled, and if the trimmer needs string. If there is a problem with the equipment let Rachelle know.

Please take good care of the equipment. It's all we have.

There are yard waste bags in the lobby if you need it. There is grass seed in the lobby as well.

Please mow lawns weekly. We don't want grass growing high as it provides a safe haven for rodents.
