The increase includes the $6.00 sector support fee. Parking is $10.00 extra for a second parking spot.

2 bedroom stacked $ 874.00

3 bedroom townhouse $1,045.00

3 bedroom stacked $ 986.00

4 bedroom townhouse $1,113.00
