Provincial Emergency stay at home orders just go stricter!

The Government has made stricter stay at home orders, which includes no social gatherings outside with people other than your family.... this means no kids playing together outside their own families. Please read the article link below. The Board has been asked to consider taping off the playground and basketball court today. We are private property so we can do this.

"Outdoor gatherings with people outside a person's household will be prohibited, effective 12:01 a.m. Saturday.

Effective 12:01 a.m. Monday, capacity at religious gatherings, weddings and funerals will be limited to 10 people. Also beginning Monday, Ford said, there will be checkpoints at provincial borders with Quebec and Manitoba with exceptions for essential travel.

Police will also have the authority to ask anyone outside their residence to indicate their purpose for leaving home and provide their address. That includes stopping vehicles."

Just to hit this home, a hospital in the area has had to take 3 COVID ICU patients from Toronto because Toronto is running out of room. If our local beds are take by out of town COVID patients, what will this mean for the local people and those who need ICU for other illnesses unrelated to COVID!. It is affecting locally folks. Take care and pay attention.

As you are all likely aware, the Government has changed the rules regarding playgrounds, by allowing them to remain open, effective Saturday April 17, 2021. The Board understands that someone did rem
