Application Process

Ready to apply to become a member with us?
Simply follow the steps below:
  1.  Read our About page to make sure we are a good fit for you and your family!
  2.  Get Approved for subsidy through the County of Wellington: Please note we are not accepting applications for market renting at this time.
  3.  We will contact the Wellington County Housing, should we have a vacancy.
  4. Have a Meeting with the Membership committee.
  5. Membership committee will inform the board of their decision
  6.  If approved by the Board will be contacted.
  7. Give all relevant information and applications to the co-op coordinator.
  8.  If completed all these steps please read our Members Handbook and Welcome!
